He design-build team has designed and will construct the new facility, creating a building with clean lines in a classic, elegant style that transcends the traditional and the expected. Very inspiring story and i give my two thumbs for this person.

As I am not an attorney, I can not speak to the legality of your mortgage holder's actions. Each state will vary to some degree. I will assume that you have sent a letter to your mortgage company explaining your intentions. Can you contact the company and the individual that you financed through initially?

I have a monthly mortgage

I pay biweekly

My mortgage company only credits the account with a payment when the full payment at the end of the month is received

So basically they hold on to 2weeks of pay for me, collect interest and then credit (debit for you financial people) my account with the mortgage payment

Is this legal?

Well, that's a funny question. I pronounce it as Switzer (soft i) and my brother pronounces it as Schwitzer (soft i). But I have not heard anyone in my family use a hard i.

What was your Dad's position at Schwitzer?

My Dad worked for your great-grandfather’s company for over 37 years. Over all of that time, I only heard the company named pronounced with a hard "I", but now I hear others pronouncing it with a soft "I", such as in Swiss. How does your family pronounce it?

hi i live in friendship,wi,,just north of wi dells...i personally have not had the ice damage,i installed my own roof.....but for any one that does,,make sure your roof soffits are vented good,along with roof too,as these work together ,,and if you get a new roof installed ,,get ice and water barrier for your roof...again make sure your roof is vented well,soffit to ridge.....just tring to help...sincerlly chad ph 1 608 339 -2827..
